Thank you for shopping at ShopPrintalicious! Every product is made with care—whether it’s a 3D-printed creation, a customized tee, or one of our signature LED signs. Because many of our items are made to order, we offer a clear and fair return policy below.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

3D-printed items

Apparel (hoodies, tees, sweatshirts)

Lightboxes & LED signs
-
Personalized or custom items
-
Any made-to-order products
This is because each piece is created specifically for you. 💜
However—we want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.
🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

Broken
-
Not working
-
Misprinted
-
Incorrect
-
Missing parts
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A photo of the issue

We will:

Replace the item at no cost, or

Issue a store credit, depending on the product

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Because of their custom-made nature, the following items cannot be returned:

3D-printed products (dragons, ducks, decor, etc.)

Custom lightboxes and LED signs

Personalized items
-
Any apparel made on demand (POD)

Sale items or gift cards
🔁 Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
After this window, we cannot cancel the order because materials and production processes have already started.
To request a cancellation:
Email support@shopprintalicious.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”.
📦 Wrong Address Policy
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout:

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it (shipping costs will apply)

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (typically only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items):
