💜 ShopPrintalicious Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at ShopPrintalicious! Every product is made with care—whether it’s a 3D-printed creation, a customized tee, or one of our signature LED signs. Because many of our items are made to order, we offer a clear and fair return policy below.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • 3D-printed items

  • Apparel (hoodies, tees, sweatshirts)

  • Lightboxes & LED signs

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Any made-to-order products

This is because each piece is created specifically for you. 💜

However—we want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.


🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Broken

  • Not working

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

  • Missing parts

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a store credit, depending on the product

Non-Returnable Items

Because of their custom-made nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • 3D-printed products (dragons, ducks, decor, etc.)

  • Custom lightboxes and LED signs

  • Personalized items

  • Any apparel made on demand (POD)

  • Sale items or gift cards


🔁 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
After this window, we cannot cancel the order because materials and production processes have already started.

To request a cancellation:
Email support@shopprintalicious.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”.


📦 Wrong Address Policy

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • If the package is returned to us, we can reship it (shipping costs will apply)

Please always double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. 🏠✨


💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved (typically only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items):

  • Refund will be applied to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process it

  • Store credit may be offered depending on product type


🧾 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
